Hi, I’m Armaity, if you couldn’t already tell.

I’m an Account Supervisor currently working at Special Group NY. My role is to lead brands with ease and grace: ease in driving the fundamentals and strategic thinking, grace in client relationships, and agency culture.

I do this by building a strong foundation in navigating an agency's dynamics, understanding the complexities of executing a project and knowing when to flag things.

I work on integrated ad campaigns, product launches, brand positioning and creative briefs.

My impact often lies in the positive energy I bring, combined with a relentless commitment to the people I work with, the clients and their brand.

Clients: Uber, Uber Eats, Hanes

  • Working on key brand campaigns for Uber Eats’ Football is for Food, with a focus on activations and stunts off the back off the main AV assets

  • Integrated retail campaigns for Hanes ‘If you wouldn’t flaunt it, refresh it’, including a Times Square feature on NYE

  • Key point of contact with media on all trafficking

2022 - 2024

  • Working on key brand campaigns for the launch of Get Almost Almost Anything

  • Being the key go-to person for product films and social celebrity assets, driving/leading all post production milestones.

  • Owner of IAT meetings and reliable as a key agency dispatch contact for media

  • Managed large through-the-line project timings in line with internal and external stakeholders, brief writing, scope of work alignment, briefing creative, production and media teams

  • Working on the brand refresh for Uber Mobility with key senior strategic players

  • Leading training for the business management department

  • Driver of culture committee including organising Youngbloods events, Netball Club, Christmas parties, account management outings

  • Committee member as part of the Advertising Council Australia representing young professionals in the industry

  • Organised events, interviewed podcast guests, and ran training programs for young people in the industry

  • Launched an Indigenous pillar working towards a national campaign for Indigenous equity

2021 - 2022

Clients: American Express

  • Leading BTL campaigns and helping drive ATL campaigns

  • Leading non-billable initiatives with clients such as DE&I, proactive idea presentations and process workshops

  • Drove the DE&I initiative with agency GM for internal and client purposes including American Express Drove agency initiatives that became part of the larger dentsu network culture:

  • Lion Hunt - Fortnightly creative presentation for all departments to get involved. This was then sold to other markets. Craft Beers, Social Club.

  • Facilitating all departments to get involved in agency culture and encouraging collaboration
