Hi, I’m Armaity, if you couldn’t already tell.
I’m an Account Supervisor currently working at Special Group NY. My role is to lead brands with ease and grace: ease in driving the fundamentals and strategic thinking, grace in client relationships, and agency culture.
I do this by building a strong foundation in navigating an agency's dynamics, understanding the complexities of executing a project and knowing when to flag things.
I work on integrated ad campaigns, product launches, brand positioning and creative briefs.
My impact often lies in the positive energy I bring, combined with a relentless commitment to the people I work with, the clients and their brand.

Drove the DE&I initiative with agency GM for internal and client purposes including American Express Drove agency initiatives that became part of the larger dentsu network culture:
Lion Hunt - Fortnightly creative presentation for all departments to get involved. This was then sold to other markets. Craft Beers, Social Club.
